NFDC LABS: Launches Program for Creative Producers
Molly Stensgaard Film Editing Workshop 2012
Creative producers got the opportunity to cut their latest project with the celebrated editor. Molly has been editor on films such as Triers Melancholia, Dogville, Manderlay, Dancer in the Dark and the Dogma #2 groundbreaker The Idiots.

Molly Stensgaard, long time Editor and key creative collaborator of Lars Von Trier will make one visit to Mumbai in late October 2012 before commencing work on his upcoming 6 hour diptych Nymphomaniac starring Shia Lebeouf, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Stellan Skarsgaard, Jamie Bell & Nicole Kidman.
In her extensive filmography Ms Stensgaard has 5 Palme D'or - Cannes Competition nominations, innumerable festival selections and awards, while also fulfilling a 3 year position as a funder at the DFI-Danish Film Institute where she developed and greenlit more than 25 feature films. She is also an advisor to The Binger Filmlab, Torino Filmlab and Creative Scotland - Film Script lab. |
