NFDC has introduced a scheme for organizing Regional Film Festivals of Panorama films in various States. The Scheme evokes great enthusiasm everywhere giving a fillip to the good cinema movement. The festivals are conducted in collaboration with State Film Development Corporations or other Government Agencies.

NFDC Film Circle:

NFDC's National Film Circle provides film enthusiasts in Mumbai an opportunity to see good films and world classics throughout the year.

Helping Hand to Needy Cine Artist:

The Cine Artistes Welfare Fund of India (CAWFI), a charitable trust established by NFDC, provides welfare measures to the needy cine artistes of yesteryears through various schemes formulated for the purpose. The corpus of the trust accrues from the profits of the film Gandhi.
