Terms of payment
This participation contract must be accompanied by payment in all cases. In the absence of the appropriate payment, this contract shall be terminated automatically though the signatory company shall still owe the sum indicated. It should also be noted that the services listed above cannot be processed until full payment is received. Details of how to pay can be found on the following page. DECLARATION OF AGREEMENT The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read the Rules related to FILM BAZAAR, an extract of which is printed thereafter and undertakes to comply with these Rules. Further more, in view of the professional nature of the market, he/she undertakes on his/her honour not to engage in any act of counterfeiting or piracy. Finally, the undersigned represents and warrants that he / she is duly authorized by his/her company to bind it by the Rules hereof and agrees that he/she is personally bound and liable pursuant to the Rules hereof in the event such authority to bind his/her company does not actually exist.
